For Sella Rice, which is firmer, soak for 2 hours before cooking. Boil for 10-15 minutes depending on the flame level, and then drain the water. Sella rice retains its length and texture even with longer cooking times.

For Super Kernel Basmati, soak for 20 minutes and boil for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. Drain the excess water once done. This rice offers a perfect balance of softness and length, ideal for a variety of dishes.
