Returns
We accept returns for items under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must initiate a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products not in their original packaging.
- Items returned after the 14-day return window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the allotted time, first check your bank or payment provider. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us, and we will help resolve the issue.
