Order received before 11am are shipped on the same day. Order received after 11am would be shipped the next working day. We also ship orders on Saturday.
Standard shipping takes 2-4 working days to deliver your parcel, it may take slightly more time particularly in peak season like Christmas.
Customers are requested to contact us if order not received within 5 working days and we are here to assist you.
In case you do not receive your parcel and you don’t contact us in 14 days, we would be unable to process any refunds because the parcel delivery companies will not accept any lost/damage claim after that.
Please seek assistance in case of not receiving parcel in 5 working days.
Certain regions like Northern Ireland, Guernsey etc, shipping charges will be calculated at the check out but would be slightly higher than the standard shipping.
